We currently do not have a physical store yet but you may conveniently buy directly online via our website whereby there is free delivery for any order of $30 and above.
YES, we utilize 3rd party courier company (J&T Express/Qxpress) and there is free delivery for any order of $28 and above.
Standard delivery normally takes 1-3 days (excl. weekends and public hols) upon order confirmation.

YES! We will update the order with a tracking order which can be used to track via the tracking link in the shipped out notification email once we shipped out the order.
Yes, we do accept payment via ActiveSG Wallet. For this payment method, ordering will be done offline via Whatsapp. Please WhatsApp us at +65 9031 4671 to place your order and we will send you the ActiveSG Wallet QR code for payment scanning.
Don’t worry. We will exchange products if there is any manufacturing defects. Please email us the photos and order number to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you for the exchange. For refund, please email us at email@example.com as well and we will try our best to assist you on a case by case basis.
